– Channel Post Installation
-
Always ensure that you check
for buried services before digging, if it
is law in your county to call miss utility
you should do so prior to any installation.

With a post hole digger or
spade dig a hole approx 1.5 feet down.

Position the pole in the
centre and pour in a concrete solution to
cover approx 1 foot at the bottom.

Replace the soil / dirt in
the remainder of the hole and compress.

Allow the pole to rest until
the concrete is set and the post secured before
fitting any stations.

Galvanized Square Post Installation

a hole approx 1.5 – 2 feet down.

Position the widest square galvanized
post into the hole and level it.

Pour in a concrete solution around the
outside of the post inside the hole
to cover approx 1 foot at the bottom.

Replace the soil / dirt in the remainder
of the hole and compress. Allow the
post to rest until the concrete is set
and the tube secured before fitting
the pole or any stations.

Insert the second slimmer post inside
the post secured in concrete and bolt
into position at desired height, be
careful not to trap fingers.

Continue to install the bins etc.
