The JJB Chewing Gum Bin and Paper Dispenser was officially launched in January 2005 and has since attracted a lot of interest. Municipalities, schools, movie theatres, football stadiums and schools are all looking to install them to help clean up a sticky situation.

1. Open the lid and position the dispenser lining the holes up with the post holes.
2. Loosely fasten the top bolt using the two washers and bolt (split washer bolt end)
3. Repeat for lower bolt and secure all.
